Exquisite Knowing Trainings™ prepare teachers, mentors, and leaders to catalyze fully embodied creative and critical thinking as both individual efforts and collaborative adventures. Trainings can be adapted to a spectrum of subjects and settings, and they lay the foundation for personally meaningful engagement and respectful communication and collaboration.

During these half-day trainings, participants learn the Exquisite Knowing Model™ by performing it themselves. They then collaborate with the facilitator and each other to adapt it for their specific settings. The model catalyzes conscious democratic/popular participation during the immediate exercise, and it cultivates empowered engagement generally speaking.
